This class uses your own bodyweight in a uniquely challenging, cardiovascular workout. It requires you to pull, push, and squat your own bodyweight through full range of motion movements. think gymnastics ring training, pull up bars, pistol squats, contralateral movement, hollow body holds and handstands in a circuit format. The aim is to work the body evenly and completely through isometric holds then focus on technique over reps to improve strength and athleticism like you've never seen before.
