Gymnastics Mobility

The goal of this class is to explore joints in their full ranges of motion in order to see where muscles are making compensations and storing tension to restore healthy movement. Mobility in the feet, wrists, ankles, hips, spine and shoulder girdle will be assessed. When muscles are too tight, they are not afforded the necessary blood flow, which affects performance and overall health. The aim of this class is to free the body of restrictions and cultivate a quality of movement that allows for the greatest gains in strength and pain free movement.
