This class will focus on acre yoga fundamentals because hard movements are the result of solid fundamentals. Each class will break down the progressions for one washing machine. Acro yoga is a tremendous practice to gain balanced mobility and strength in the hamstrings, sacral stability and ankle mobility. It also builds proprioceptions (the number 1 correlation with less physical pain) and perhaps most importantly, this practice builds trust, communication and sensitivity.
